Absolutely. Many people start with individual sessions and later join a programme or workshop, or vice versa. We'll discuss what makes sense as your needs evolve and adjust accordingly.

Both options are available. Individual sessions and programmes can be conducted either in person at our London office or via secure video call. Workshops are offered both in person and online, depending on the specific session.

We ask for 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. With adequate notice, you can reschedule without charge. Late cancellations may be charged at 50% of the session fee, and missed appointments without notice are charged in full.

We maintain a limited number of reduced-rate slots for people experiencing financial hardship. We also offer payment plans for programmes, allowing you to spread the cost over the programme duration. Contact us to discuss options.
